The Khanyisa Trust is actively managed by the Trustees who meet monthly to agree, implement and manage all aspects of the centre.  This includes strategy / direction, finances, operations, liaison with donors and other relevant organisations.  The daily operation of the Centre is managed by the Centre Manager and her dedicated team who support her in their responsibilities for the different functions of the Centre.  Several volunteers also assist daily with various aspects of the Centre operations.

The financials of the Khanyisa Trust are audited by independent auditors.  All donors are issued with a Section 18A certificate and the Trust has 80% previously disadvantaged South African beneficiaries as defined in terms of the revised BEE codes of good practice.
